In the second quarter of 2024, the Android platform saw varying performance levels among the top Fitness and Weight Loss applications in the US. Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look into these trends, offering insights into the apps' downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

komoot - hike, bike & run experienced a fluctuating revenue trend, starting at $13K and peaking at nearly $19K before closing the quarter at around $14K. Downloads for the app saw a downward trajectory from 3.7K to 2.6K, while weekly active users also showed a declining trend from 31K to 28K.

For Step Counter - Pedometer, revenue was negligible, so the focus is on downloads and weekly active users. Downloads maintained a steady range between 1.5K and 2.1K, with a slight uptick toward the end of the quarter. Weekly active users peaked at 6.8K in May but settled to around 5.6K by the end of June.

YAZIO Food & Calorie Counter showed a stable revenue pattern with minor fluctuations, ranging from approximately $13K to $18K. Downloads remained consistent, with numbers hovering between 1.3K and 1.7K. Weekly active users started strong at 61K, peaked at 66K in early June, and concluded the quarter with 64K active users.

AllTrails: Hike, Bike & Run revenue varied, with a high point of $1.4K in early June, but ended the quarter at around $600. Downloads began at 1.7K and dipped to 1.2K by the quarter's end. The app's weekly active users saw a decrease from 6K to 5.3K.

Lastly, Garmin Connect™ did not generate revenue in this period. However, it had a substantial number of weekly active users, starting at 135K and growing to 137K. Downloads for Garmin Connect™ showed a rising pattern from 1.3K to 1.6K through the quarter.
